These photo's were taken while I was learning to fly. Because I was too young to drive, either my Father or Mother would have to drive me out to the airport. This gave them ample opportunity to take pictures while I was flying. Most of the pictures are of when I was flying SOLO circuits-that means I was on my own. There are also some pictures that I took when I took my Brother Andrew for a flight into what's called the Bankstown Training area, which stretches from Bankstown Airport all the way to the foothills of the Blue Mountains. This was the area that I was restricted to fly in while I had my Student Pilots Licence.

I completed my Private Pilots Licence in a Socata Tobago TB10. It has four seats, low wing with a Constant Speed Propeller, i.e. a propeller that allows the pilot to change the angle/pitch of the propeller to allow the plane to maintain high speeds.
